Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company name] (“AutoDM”, “we”), [registered address], India, for the use of the AutoDM app and this website. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

AutoDM helps businesses answer comments and messages on Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, with automations, an AI assistant, an orders board, payment links and analytics. Features may change as we improve the product or as Meta changes its platforms.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract, and you must use AutoDM for a business.
• Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do.
• Only connect accounts, Pages and numbers you own or are authorised to manage.

Using AutoDM properly

You agree to:

• follow Meta's terms and policies for Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp, including their messaging rules;
• follow the law, including consumer protection, advertising and data protection law;
• not send spam, misleading claims, or unlawful, abusive or harmful content;
• not try to break, overload or misuse the service.

We may suspend accounts that put the service, Meta's platforms or other users at risk.

Your content and your customers' data

You own your business information, automations and the conversations with your customers. You give us permission to process them only to provide AutoDM. For your customers' personal data, you decide why it's collected; we process it on your behalf as described in the privacy policy. You're responsible for telling your customers how you use their data.

AI replies

AutoDM's AI writes replies from the business information, menu and rules you provide. AI can make mistakes. You're responsible for keeping your information accurate, checking replies (for example on the AI review page), and for what is sent in your business's name.

Plans, payment and GST

• Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added at checkout.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled.
• If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires. [Lawyer to confirm.]
• If a renewal payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it; after that the workspace moves to the Free plan.
• Meta's own charges (such as WhatsApp messaging charges) and Razorpay's transaction fees on your customers' payments are separate and billed by them.
• We may change prices with at least [30] days' notice by email.

Third-party services

AutoDM relies on Meta's platforms, Anthropic and Razorpay. We're not responsible for their availability or changes to their rules, which may limit what AutoDM can do.

Availability

We work to keep AutoDM running and you can check the status page, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost sales. [Lawyer to confirm.]

Ending the agreement

You can stop using AutoDM and delete your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend your account if you break these terms. After an account ends, we delete its data as described in the privacy policy.
