What it does

Steps for messages, buttons, questions (name, phone, date, size) and conditions.
Branch on what the customer tapped or typed.
Hand over to the AI or to a person at any step.
Start a flow from any trigger: a comment, a story reply, a keyword, an ice breaker or a QR code.
Build with AI: describe the flow in a sentence and get a draft to check and edit.

How it works

Start from a trigger
Choose what starts the flow, like a comment with “FEES” or a tap on an ice breaker.
Add steps
Messages, buttons, questions and conditions, in the order the customer will see them.
Test and switch on
Try it as a customer in the simulator, then turn it on.

Flows (in the sidebar) → “+ Blank flow”, then start it from an automation with “Reply with → A flow I built”.

Do I need a flow for everything?

No. Most shops start with simple keyword automations and the AI. Flows are for step-by-step conversations like admissions or appointment intake.

Does a flow use AI credits?

Fixed steps don't. AI steps use 1 credit per reply, and drafting a whole flow with Build with AI uses 5.
